In the midst of an intellectually chaotic battlefield on campuses throughout the world, Hasbara Fellowships has been teaching us how to tackle the anti-Israel sentiment prevalent today.
In a presentation with Hasbara Fellowship’s managing director, Alan Levine, we were taught how to create strong, cohesive, and lasting coalitions with other student groups. These skills will undoubtedly catalyze strong relationships between various groups and clubs on campuses with pro-Israel activist groups. We then discussed effective tabling and debating techniques. Tabling skills will allow us to reach the the apathetic and undecided audiences, while debating skills will allow effective engagement with the other side. I look forward to acquiring similar skills during the last week of the program.
