Updates

UC Berkeley
UC Berkeley's Tikvah: Students for Israel are gearing up for the new year in style!  They've got business cards, postcards, an active blog, and a website planned to launch in just a few weeks! In addition to utilizing media experts, Tikvah students are also busy planning their semester long Anti-Nuclear Iran Campaign.  This campaign will include petitioning, rallying, coalition building, speakers, and visuals.  Email tikvahsfi@lists.berkeley.edu to get involved!

UC Santa Cruz
School has officially started and SCIAC is already knee-deep in programming.  Before SCIAC has officially met co-Presidents Lauren and Guy are already considering bringing Israeli diplomat Ishmael Khaldi, comedian Benji Lovitt, and krav maga expert Moshe Katz this semester!  To find out more details about their visits to UC Santa Cruz, email iheartisrael@gmail.com
Meanwhile, Banana Slugs are applying for Hasbara's Israel Inside/Out online stipend course like there's no tomorrow!  Join other students and learn about Israel while making $100!
For more information on how to bring speakers to your campus email jessicafelber@hasbarafellowships.org

SF State
Israel advocates are stepping up to the challenge and starting the first Israel advocacy group SFSU has seen in over three years!  The Israel Coalition, the new and improved Israel group has had two meetings so far, mostly spent forming their group's mission and purpose.  Hasbara wishes them a year of success and an offer to help them in any capacity we can!
