Dear Student,

Hasbara Fellowships is happy to help you run a successful program on your campus or in your community. In order to do this, please fill out our online grant proposal that goes through our basic requirements and guidelines for us to consider funding your campus program.

You may also download a hard copy of the application here, which you must sign and can fax to Hasbara Fellowships at 646-349-1946.

Keep in mind that all of these expectations will help your program be as successful as possible. Please be in contact with any questions about the below requirements.  We wish you luck in running a successful campaign.

Budget

Please upload an itemized budget form and clearly mark the expenses you would like Hasbara Fellowships to sponsor. (Also mark other sources of grant funding.)*

Requirements to Receive Subsidy

  1. All programs must be planned 3 weeks in advance. This includes confirming the program, setting the date and booking the location of the program.
  2. Volunteer students will register attendees of the event. As an incentive, student recruiters will be paid $5 per student that register on-line and give the recruiter’s name (details can be received from our Program Coordinator). Sign in sheets provided by Hasbara Fellowships will be used at the entrance to the event. The sign in sheets must include names and email addresses of at least 25 people who attended the event. The sign in sheets must be emailed in an excel format to Hasbara Fellowships within two business days after the program.
  3. Students are expected to take digital pictures of the event and send them to Hasbara Fellowships within two business days after the program. Students are also expected to send in a brief write up of the event, including goals, executions, and success.
  4. Hasbara Fellowships logo must be on all promotional materials for the event. Promotional materials must be sent to Hasbara Fellowships prior to publication for approval. Please email, or fax a copy of your promotional brochure before your event.
  5. Hasbara Fellowships must be mentioned at the beginning or end of the program.
  6. Hasbara Fellowships must be provided with a table outside the event to display its materials
  7. The student organizer will be in contact with the Hasbara Fellowships staff throughout the entire program process.
  8. The student is responsible for organizing all logistics of the event, including but not limited to speaker’s travel arrangements, promotional material, and press releases.

Please note that that all funding will be issued after the completion of all the requirements after the event.
